Little Aces Terms and Conditions
By booking and/ attending Little Aces, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Little Aces does not accept responsibility for any accident, injury, allergic reaction or illness found to be caused from any product or item provided at the playgroup. It is the responsibility of the attending adult to supervise their children at all times.
AGE OF PLAY: Little Aces is for parents/carers to attend with children aged 5 years and under. Older siblings are welcome to attend if necessary but are not permitted to play with the equipment. We ask attending adults to respect this . We reserve the right to refuse entry. No refunds will be given but we may agree to transfer your session to another date. This is at our discretion.
ALLERGIES: It is the responsibility of the attending adult(s) to ensure the child/children do not interact with any material/substance that may cause an allergic reaction to their child/children. Please bring suitable medication if your child has an allergy.
Little Aces will do their utmost to use items that are either natural, edible, non-toxic and/ hypoallergenic. Please ensure children do not ingest the products. It is there for play. Packaging of products used are available on request.
BEHAVIOUR: We want everyone to have fun and a positive experience so please be kind and respectful. Foul language, aggressive behaviour and vandalism will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave. Little Aces reserves the right to refuse future attendance.
BOOKING CONSENT FORMS: All attendees are required to complete the booking form to agree to these terms and conditions, to inform us of any allergies, consent to photography - their use for marketing and promotional activity, and to opt in/out of our mailing list/WhatsApp Group. This is to be completed before your session at Little Aces commences.
FOOD & DRINK: You are welcome to bring your own food and drink to Little Aces. Please use the bins provided. Refreshments are available during the session. We ask that you bring your own travel cup with lid. Hot drinks are to be kept out of reach of children and the play areas. Please be mindful of allergies. Please ensure all waste is taken home with you as we do not have the facilities to dispose of it. No picnics.
PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUNDS:
Payment is to be made online at https://bookwhen.com/messyclub-littleaces. Little Aces does not provide refunds for non-attendance. If non-attendance is due to sickness, your booked session can be transferred to a future session. Please contact littleacesplaygroup@gmail.com before your booked session commences with your preferred alternative date.
If in the event Little Aces is to be cancelled, communication will be shared via all suitable communication channels and all pre-booked attendees will be notified and refunded in full/the option to transfer to an alternative date.CLOTHING: Children are to wear appropriate clothing for outdoor play. We strongly recommend your child wears SPF when playing outside as the sun is very powerful, even before midday. There will be mud kitchens and messy play, including water. We advise a spare set of clothes are worn or protective clothing. On occasion we will use food colouring/child-friendly paint which is washable but can stain so please bear this in mind for yourself and your little one(s).
COVID-19: Please ensure Government guidelines are respectfully followed. https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus If any attendees have Coronavirus, we kindly ask that you do not attend Little Aces. The option to attend a future session or a full refund will be provided.
DAMAGE: Please report any damage to property or equipment. Accidents happen and we just want to ensure we’re aware and can fix any problems and so that no one comes to any harm. If you see a child is potentially going to break something, we kindly ask that you inform your host or their parent to prevent this from happening.
FACILITIES: Little Aces is held in the grounds of Sanderstead Village Lawn Tennis Club. In the clubhouse there are separate male and female toilets that will be set-up with baby changing facilities for this session. You are only permitted to use the toilet and baby changing facilities whilst in attendance of Little Aces. You should leave the facilities as you find them and take all nappy waste home with you. Please report if there is a blockage in the toilet or they have been left in an unusable state.

NAPPIES & WASTE: Nappy changing and the use of potties should only be conducted in the appropriate toilet. Please take all nappies and waste home with you.
NATURE: Little Aces is held on the beautiful woodland grounds of Sanderstead Village Lawn Tennis Club. There is a lot of wildlife and nature within the grounds. Please do not allow your children to pick flowers or tread anywhere other than on the grass. There are a lot of stinginig nettles on the club grounds, so please keep a close eye on where your child is at all times. If you do spot any animal faeces, please inform your host. We will always ensure we clear everything up before each session but where the grounds are widespread, it may be missed.
PARKING: No cars of attendees are permitted on the premises. On street parking is available on Sanderstead Court Avenue and nearby roads.
PERSONAL POSSESSIONS: Little Aces / SVLTC under no circumstance takes any responsibility for loss or damages to personal possessions. Please do not bring valuables with you or leave valuables unattended.
PHOTOGRAPHY: Photographs will be taken and used on various communication channels, including social media. If you do not consent for you/your child being photographed, please ensure you inform your host.
RESPONSIBILITY: Attending adults (parents / guardians / carers, etc.) are solely in charge and responsible for the control, care and safety of their child/children at all times whilst attending Little Aces and on the premises of Sanderstead Village Lawn Tennis Club (SVLTC). No child is to be left on the premises unsupervised at any time. Little Aces / SVLTC does not take responsibility for the supervision of attending children.
SAFEGUARDING: Little Aces' hosts have completed Safeguarding training. If you have any concerns, please speak to your Little Aces' host or email confidentially to littleacesplaygroup@gmail.com Please note, tennis club members are permitted to play and use the club facilities during the Little Aces' session. Our members are not required to be DBS checked.
SECURITY: The gate at the entrance of the club is to be kept shut during the session but does not prevent members of the public from entering the club grounds during the session. If you suspect anyone suspicious at the session, please speak with your host immediately. Many local residents have access to the club via their gardens or windows that overlook the courts.
SICKNESS: Children that are clearly unwell must not attend. Please be considerate of others.
SPILLAGES, INCIDENTS & ACCIDENTS: Please report all spillages, incidents or accidents. Any physical injury which occurs whilst on SVLTC property is to be reported. The injured person will be required to provide their name, address, time and date of the accident, location of the accident and a description of the injury and its causes. Little Aces / SVLTC accept no responsibility.
